Finally back in Toronto on Nov.6, having been away for 3 weeks. During this time went to Beijing, Seoul and of course lovely Hong Kong. 10 Highlights of my trip: 1)Forbidden City 2)Great Wall 3)Bei Hai Gardens 4)Tiananmen Sq. (notice they are all from Beijing)
Then, 5) abalone congee Korean style 6)going to Eason Chan Live Concert with Gloria 7) Loong Wah Roasted Pigeons 8) hairy crabs (dai jab hi) x 2 9) going to Nana movie again with Gloria and Annie and 10) seeing my sis, aunt and loads of friends - will miss you all, hope to see you again soon.
Have to say, Nakashima Mika is great in the movie "Nana" and even though I have not read the manga, a briefing from Gloria was all I needed to appreciate the whole story. Notice the little pic on the side of Nana and Nana from the movie.
