美食 和 壞食

美味之昨:

阿Jay(細老)同我想為晚餐轉下口味, 就學人包日式紫菜飯糰. 結果好成功! 將加拿大熟smoked salmon 作碎粒, 和日式紫菜+之嘛的調味料(ふりかし)一起放入白飯裡然後撈埋, 加少少糖+ 鹽 + 寿司醋調味. 作成三角形, 再包張寿司紫菜便成飯糰. Yummy! 絕對少油,健康 由簡單! So far, have tried making the japanese rice rolls twice. 2 for 2, 100% success rate.

結論係易過阿Jay整的李梅仙教路既紅燒牛肉麵, 因為少好多kitchen "jup" 手尾既工夫唔使做. 不過,最近個次既牛肉麵都算成功, OK la!

食壞肚的行為:

若你是對某些食物過敏的話就該在外進食時少心. For example, 尤魚過敏就提防 "海鮮" "三鮮" 那些東西. He He! 阿Jay 由上了當食了個日式炒烏東. My suggestion to him was from now on, he should carry a stomach pill (like Nexium or Losec) around his neck in a locket, much like how other people have pictures or other keepsakes on a necklace they wear all the time!

Wow!! Can't imagine you wrote so much Chinese. Only 芝麻was wrong in there. The way you made the maki roll was very Gwai Lo...but that's more healthy vs. noodle la.

Amazing well written. I love to know you guys' kichen experience...too bad I can be a part.

I think that idea for Jason is pretty good. Should find a necklace as cool as what Gloria got from Tiffany....hahaha...something to hold the pill ah....let me think think sin
