The Loonie Flies Up and Up and Higher still....

The loonie soared to 89.97 cents (U.S) on Monday, its highest since 90.04 cents on February 13, 1978. The dollar ended trading at 89.83 cents, up 0.38 of a cent from Friday's close. Read more on this story here on The Globe

What this means for me...(1) soon I will be making USD equivalents without actually moving down south. (2) More spending power in HK, my favourite place to shop, eat and just hang out. Woohoo!
